Registration for the Educational Sessions as well as the Chapter Meeting, is open to ICCA members and Observers.

Non ICCA members who are not attending as Observers are allowed to attend the Educational Sessions on 4th September only. 

Registration to the business related activities: Business Exchange and Client Supplier Business Workshop is open ONLY to ICCA members.

Observer

Non-ICCA members who are granted Observer status are entitled to attend the the Educational Sessions and the Chapter Meeting once only in order to better understand the workings of ICCA. As suppliers of professional services to the international meetings industry, Observers are strongly encouraged to apply for ICCA membership. If you are not an ICCA member and would like to participate please contact the ICCA Latin America Office at latino@icca.nl.

Method of Payment
Payment of the registration fee can be made by bank transfer (for bank details please see the invoice) or credit card (AMEX, MasterCard or Visa). To facilitate tracking of payments, please clearly indicate the invoice number.

Payment of registration fees
If you have not paid before the due date written on your invoice, ICCA reserves the right to send you a credit note and a new invoice with a higher fee if a registration deadline has passed in the meantime.

Travel and Health Insurance
It is strongly recommended that participants take out insurance to cover loss (including registration fees) incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage to or loss of personal effects. The organizers of the Latin American meeting will not be responsible for any medical costs incurred by participants. ICCA and the Local Host Committee will not accept liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to Congress participants, either during or as a result of the meeting or during any tours.

Terms and Conditions
By completing the registration process you agree with the below terms and conditions.

- The registration fees are per delegate and per company.
- The registration fee includes all meals, transfer airport-hotel-airport as well as the social activities during the event, transportation to those activities as well as the transportation for the Workshop.
- Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the ICCA Events Department.
- For cancellations received up to and including Monday 18 August 2014 a cancellation fee of € 150 will be charged.
- For cancellations received after Tuesday 19 August 2014, no refund will be given and full payment is required.
- Name changes are not accepted, unless the participant is from the same company.
- All refunds will be processed after the event.
